This not only affects welding productivity but also harms the health of the monitors.

The CXZK-G9-ZJX035 is a narrow-gap molten pool detection system independently developed by Weld Navigator. It is mainly used for observing the welding molten pool in narrow-gap environments and can accurately monitor the position of the welding wire and the melting state of the molten pool during the welding process. It enables remote high-definition monitoring of the arc, welding wire (tungsten electrode), molten pool, weld seam, base metal, as well as the presence of slag or bubbles in the molten pool. This system achieves visualization of the molten pool and weld bead, thereby allowing timely adjustment of welding parameters, improving welding quality, and enhancing welding productivity. The visual molten pool monitoring system can solve the problems of difficult observation and monitoring during the operation of welding equipment, thus increasing the reliability of the welding system. It is applicable to any automated welding equipment and has high compatibility. This system greatly improves the welding observation environment, saves labor, and enhances welding quality and standards.

The CXZK-G9-ZJX035 narrow-gap molten pool detection camera is composed of a high-resolution sensor, a high-performance processing chip, a high-definition lens, and an infrared light source. It is an industrial vision molten pool sensor that achieves high dynamic performance through complex calculations. This camera can remotely capture the welding process in high definition.
