Weld Pool Section

During the welding process, to ensure the consistency of weld formation, operators need to regularly observe the welding area, the position of the wire melting, and the changes in the weld pool state, adjusting the welding parameters in a timely manner. It is well known that the welding environment is extremely harsh, and operators must wear strict protective measures to withstand smoke, strong arc radiation, and splashes. The CXZK-G6-350 is a visual weld pool inspection system independently developed by ATINY LASER SENSOR. It can accurately observe the position of the welding wire and the melting state of the weld pool during the welding process. It allows for remote high-definition monitoring of the arc, welding wire (tungsten electrode), weld pool, weld seam, base material, and the state of slag or bubbles in the weld pool, achieving visualization of the weld pool and weld path, thereby adjusting welding parameters in time, improving welding quality, and enhancing welding production efficiency. The visual weld pool monitoring system can solve the difficulties in observation and supervision during the operation of welding equipment, improving the reliability of the welding system. It is suitable for any automated welding equipment with high compatibility. This greatly improves the welding observation environment, saving labor and enhancing welding quality and standards.

The CXZK-G6-350 Visual Weld Pool Inspection Camera is composed of a high-resolution sensor, a high-performance processing chip, a high-definition lens, and an infrared light source. It is a high-dynamic industrial visual weld pool sensor that achieves its functionality through complex calculations, capable of remotely capturing the welding process in high definition. The entire product casing is made of aluminum alloy, which offers advantages such as being lightweight, fast heat dissipation, sturdy and durable, and compact in size.
