Seam Tracking for Welding Robot CXZK-JXB90S
CXZK-JXB90S is an iterative upgrade for the JXB series of products. It uses the latest circuit boards, a unified housing design, a split laser design, a thicker external baffle design, and a good heat dissipation and dustproof design.
The shell is compatible with more products of the same series. By using the latest sensor board and bottom plate, the optical structure is further reduced in volume, and the structure is more compact and reasonable. At the same time, the reflective structure is used to maintain the advantages of high precision and large field of view. Adapt to various complex application scenarios.
Composition and principle
It is composed of a laser, an optical sensor, and a central processing unit. It uses the principle of optical propagation and imaging to obtain the position information of each point in the laser scanning area, and completes online real-time detection of common welds through complex program algorithms.
