The laser finding and tracking technology scans the surface of the workpiece using a laser sensor to obtain the shape and position data.Through algorithms,the position and direction of the weld seam are calculated to achieve precise welding.
This technology includes the following steps:
(1)Laser sensor scans the surface of the workpiece to obtain shape and position information.
(2)Weld seam finding algorithm calculates the position and direction of the weld seam based on the shape and position information of the workpiece surface.
(3)Weld seam tracking algorithm controls the welding robot to perform welding operations based on the position and direction of the weld seam.
Anti-glare function for mirror-like workpieces
The anti-glare function is specifically designed for various types of reflective weld seams.It utilizes selective image processing algorithms to handle glare-related issues.
Laser Displacement Sensor for 3D Imaging of Workpiece Surface
